Coming off two tough road losses in RIchmond Hill and Bradford last weekend, the Nipissing Alouettes became the first team to beat the Temiscaming Royals in regulation time on Thursday night in Temiscaming.

Mackenzie Charron scored three times for the winners whil Jarrod Shawanda, Andre Landry, Cody Tourigny and Will Laporte scored the other goals for the Alouettes. Tristan Jones was busy in the Alouettes goal facing 62 shots to pick up the win.

The Alouettes don’t have time to rest as they face the Bradford Rattlers on Friday night at the Sturgeon Falls Arena. Game time is 8pm.
